Payment Options

Southwest Texas Electric Cooperative understands that your time is valuable. For your convenience, members have several options for payment of their electric bill.

Online Payment-	This option allows an easy and secure way to take care of your monthly bill. You can view your account balance, current or past bills, and make payments anytime throughout the month by credit card or e-check. More information Online payments can only be applied to your electric account. We don't allow online payments for electrician work or supplies.	VIEW/PAY BILL ONLINE

Automatic Payment-

Members who set up this convenient service can rest easy that their bill is automatically paid every month.

Credit Card Draft- Go to the Bill Presentment and Payment page and follow the instructions to set Auto-Pay. This service works just like a bank Draft. Your credit card is automatically debited for the amount of your electric bill every month.

E-Check Draft - Go to the Bill Presentment and Payment page and follow the instructions to set Auto-Pay. You specify a checking account that will automatically be debited for the amount of your bill each month.

Bank Draft - You specify a checking account that will automatically be debited for the amount of your bill each month. You will need to fill out a Bank Draft Authorization for this option. You can download the Bank Draft Authorization form from our electronic forms page or pick up the form at Eldorado office.

Traditional-

Our headquarters is located in Eldorado, Texas at 101 East Gillis Avenue. Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We offer three easy options for your convenience.

Night Drop- For your after-hours convenience, we offer a night drop box locate outside our office in Eldorado. For your safety limit the payment to checks or money orders. Cash is not accepted via night drop.
